1. Service
These terms govern use of Cltie (cltie.com), an AI CRM for commercial relationship management.
2. Trial period
Cltie offers a 14-day trial period on request. A paid subscription is required to continue after the trial.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for credentials and data you upload. Unlawful use is prohibited.
4. Intellectual property
Cltie software and brand belong to Cltie Inc. Customer data remains yours.
5. AI suggestions
AI outputs are informational. Commercial decisions remain your responsibility.
6. Governing law
Laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Courts of Toronto.
